Since Paul had Good Friday off, we decided to take Anna to the MOA to go on rides at Nickelodeon Universe to celebrate her birthday a bit early. She had lots of fun on the rides. We also had lunch at Rainforest Cafe where Anna tried her first piece of Calamari. She went back for a second-she's not afraid to try anything! 
We hit up a few more rides after lunch, including the ferris wheel. Thanks to Grandma H. for watching Alex so we could have some special one-on-one time with our almost 3 year old. Of course, she kind of missed out on her nap (only caught a cat nap on the way home) so she was in rare form for the Good Friday service that night (Paul needed my help getting her out of church before it was over. As she yelled "no, i want to hear mommy sing", I darted out of the choir loft to rescue her out of church)
