February in Review

We had a pretty boring February in the Mattson household.  Not much to show for it either in terms of pictures.  Went to the family fun fest in Minnetonka on the 12th.  Enjoyed a juggler, magician and other fun things together (a special side note-the magician was Paul's friend Nathan!). 
Valentine's Day came and went without much excitment.  We had a couple fun events after that at church-Camp day and Fat Tuesday.  On camp day, the kids were supposed to wear their summer clothes--here's a pic of our kids all dolled up.  We are counting down the days to family camp again.  Fat Tuesday, all you can eat waffles and fun games for the kids.  Anna & her friend Lauren got their faces  painted. 

 

After much thought (over a year), Paul decided to pull the trigger and get a new car.  We were all set to buy a used Audi when Kristin called to tell us we could buy hers since she just bought a new car.  It was too good of a deal to pass up. So, at the end of the month (before the big snow), Paul was happy to get his new car! 

Wednesday the 29th was a snow morning!!  We had a big snowstorm (for this winter's standards).  Had to get out and enjoy it-we haven't gotten to enough!  Kids loved sledding!  Anna had a 2 hour late start that day and Alex didn't have school.  Loved playing together!
